Yep, that's a Lee press-on nail complete with the nasty gooey tape stuff that "sticks" it on. Notice that most of the grapes have already been eaten. BARF!!

I have a similar story, believe it or not! We once got a package from Kevin's crazy biological mother, who wears the press on nails. We pulled out the contents of the package (some random piece of crap -- she likes to send random pieces of crap), and out came one of the nails. Bright pink, with the sticky gunk on the back.
