My favorite eatery...in fact, I've been known to come here more than one day in a row. I just don't get tired of it! In fact day #2 was taken here, as well! Check out that blue sky...that's not photoshop. It was such a gorgeous day today!

i too am guilty of multiple trips to rubios in a week. i'm now spreading them out with tacos tijuana.
My only complaint is that there's no drive-thru...
I would have loved to join you for lunch at Rubios today! That beats my 2 loco salads from El Pollo Loco! I wish I got cell reception at the school. I even thought about calling in a salad order...catch me next time, I'm game - especially if the weather is as nice as it was today!
