I was so excited to take an election day picture of my polling place. There was a challenge on PhotoJojo that had really cool shot of booths, and ballot hole punhing machines and the like. But, I got jipped! (maybe I should've taken a picture of being jipped!) I walked in, got my ballot, found a ball point pen, walked up to the flimsy card table and stood between the useless partitions. Jipped I tell you!! Flimsey card table? Must be because the population in town is growing so fast. My town had 5
(5!!) voting machines! That's about 3 1/2 voters per machine! Well, maybe.....
I actually tried to take a picture and got stopped dead in my tracks. I even looked up all the guidelines and there was nothing about taking pictures of your ballot. I was a little ticked with the over zealous volunteers!
Hmmmm.... that doesn't sound right. I did the early voting at the mall and used the electronic voting machine. There had to have been a least of dozen of those machines in there.
Strange. We had about 8 voting machines. I didn't even have to wait. Why would we have them and not you guys? Doesn't make sense.
